July 2010 Weekend Run

Cape Arago Group Camp, OR

Situated in one of the most scenic areas on the Oregon coast, Sunset Bay State Park features beautiful sandy beaches protected by towering sea cliffs. Only a short walk from the beach to allow easy access for beachcombing, fishing, swimming, and boating.

A network of hiking trails connects Sunset Bay with nearby Shore Acres and Cape Arago State Parks. Hiking these trails will give you a chance to experience pristine coastal forests, seasonal wildflowers and spectacular ocean vistas from atop the rugged cliffs and headlands. From points along the trail, you'll be treated to views of Gregory Point and the Cape Arago lighthouse.

Run Fee:

TENT CAMPING:

$36 for members, $41 for guests ( includes tent camping and Friday evening BBQ )

MEALS: Friday evening BBQ at campsite is included in fee. All other meals are individualy paid.

ARRIVAL: Arrive at on your own or with a pre-arrange group

SATURDAY DAY RIDE: to be announced via confirmation email and at the camp site on Friday evening.

DEPATURE: Depart Sunday morning.

CANCELATIONS: Cancellations will not be accepted after Monday, July 12th.

NOTES:

This is an all bike event. Attendees must arrive on a motorcycle to attend this event.

All registrants will receive directions along with additional information via email prior to the run event.
