And so we go…

It’s August. The summer is winding down. Can you believe it? Another year is half over and the summer BRMC ridding season is coming to an end. The August and September runs are upon us and we all go back to our winter meeting schedules. If guests wish to attend these meeting, they will need to contact their favorite member for information. All winter meeting are held at a private residence and as such requires an invite and sponsorship of a current BRMC member.

It’s been good….

The season has been good to us. Summer finally came back and this year’s runs have been without rain, snow and other weather anomalies.

Round and round we go…

This year, we are having a long awaited, never imitated Circle tour. It starts at the end of our August run and will be heading south to Reno and Northern California. With some variations, the trip will be about 10 days long. Some members are going to attend the Satyrs run during the end of the tour while others will be heading back North. If you are interested in the Circle tour, contact any member of the Club. Preplanning is needed because of the long trip, reservations and being just a good egg.

Calling new members…

November is the deadline for the nominations of new members into the Club. Prospective new members need to make their intentions know to a member for sponsorship. We only vote in new members once a year. It’s now or wait until 2012.

So sad…..
